In Sketches N Designs, our Architectural Design team poses strong technical knowledge in the fields of Engineering, Logistics, Geometry, Building Techniques, Functional design and Ergonomics along with a sensibility to arts and aesthetics.

We've some of the brightest and most creative minds in our designer team, yet we believe a great design emerges only by exchange of ideas between clients and us.We commit ourselves in providing the most efficient functional building design, holistically designed with contemporary, modern and impressive elevations. We think 3-dimensionally and hence the 3D images we generate are not just tools of expressing our designs but an integrated part of the design process itself. We take conscious efforts in making a building look elegant and visually pleasing, than just stand out and call attention.

We undertake Residential Projects such as Private Residences, Individual Houses, Duplex Houses, Bungalows, Villas, Row Houses, Twin Houses, Farm Houses, Beach Houses, Holiday Homes etc. We specialize in Apartment Projects and are currently working with 4 major townships in and around Chennai.
