At Sketches N Designs we take great pride in our work, the completed project is a representation of us for many years to come. Upon contract award to subcontractors the requirement for quality workmanship is distinctly communicated, as it is when personnel arrive on site to commence work. To understand quality requires a level of experience in all facets of construction.

Our Four Steps of QA:

During the first step of the Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle, Plan, we establish our objectives and determine the processes or changes in the processes that are required to deliver the desired results. The second step, Do, is when the processes or changes are developed and tested. In the third step, Check, the processes or changes are monitored and evaluated to determine whether the results are meeting the predetermined objectives. In the final step, Act, we take up necessary actions to make sure that the desired improvements are fully implemented into the process. On the whole, our goal is to ensure that excellence is inherent in every component of the process.

No technology can replace the hands-on management of the myriad details. Our teams of rigorously trained quality-assurance inspectors know the look and feel of quality. This permanent field presence manages a universe of detail and complexity, monitoring everything from ticketing to testing.

Our field support, of product technicians and quality assurance inspectors, over a third of our workforce, ensures that our clients' merchandise is made to the highest quality standards, in an ethical work environment, and finished on time. Additionally, unannounced "spot checks" help assure adherence to the strictest compliance program. By Quality Assurance, we serve as eyes and ears for our clients.
